Although I did not know Arthur personally, I have heard about him from his sister Dee for several decades. And this is what I learned about Arthur. He was a hard working, disciplined, brilliant, intelligent and a quick-witted man. He was also a devoted family man. I watched as he gave his sister sound advice on various life challenges; he was always there when she needed him.
