Not sure what to say?

It´s always nice to pay homage to someone who left such an impact in the community as well as in his profession as a pathologist. I worked under Dr. Altman at (Warren Hospital), *Now St. Luke´s - Warren. He was an intelligent yet calming presence in the laboratory. Our hats are still off to you, Doctor. Rest in peace.

May you have found peace and are with the love of your life, Phoebe. I carry the many fond memories from Warren Hospital lab days close in my heart.

Blessings to Dr. Arthur and Phoebe Altman's family. Two people who shared their compassion and warmth to so many. My memories of them are close in my heart and I feel fortunate they were part of my life's journey. Robin Bryan

My sincere condolences to the Altman Family. It was an honor to practice with (and under) the guidance of Dr. Altman at the hospital we both loved and dedicated ourselves to. He was a consummate professional, a great man always available for a curbside consult-- or to be pulled into his office for a "curbside consult" or maybe a story or two. Arthur and Phoebe were two of the finest people I´ve ever known. Reunited again.

Sending my condolences to the Altman family. Your dad was a special man, and I remember him and Phoebe fondly. May his memory always be a blessing to you and your family. With love, cousin Karen/Chai Levy

Oh, that wonderful sense of humor and love of life and learning! It was my honor and pleasure, and that of my deceased Daniel, to be embraced by Art and Phoebe Altman in and beyond Muhlenberg College. I remember that wonderful anniversary party in the county, seders at the Altmans', so many warm and engaging discussions. To the Altman family, sincerest condolences. Your folks touched so many lives. You are doing just that, too.

My deepest sympathy to the entire Altman family. As a member of his lab family for many years, I will always remember his wit and love of the arts and classical music. He was a mentor and teacher to all of us working in the laboratory. I am certain he will be missed by so many, but especially missed by his family who he adored.

"Howie" Where has the time gone ? So sorry to see your father has passed. Hope you and your family are well. I still remember our "jam" sessions.

MAY HIS MEMORY BE FOR A BLESSING. We are residents in Bethlehem, PA. My wife, Ricky just lost her brother last week and she is still sitting shiva. Please accept our wish of comfort for you all.
