Arthur Applegate

I had met Arthur back in 1981. At the time, he and I were both working on a natural gas rig off the coast of Texas. I remember in one of many conversations with Arthur him describing himself as a, "hard charger". His life, his family, his many accomplishments seem to bear out that self-description.
