Fr. Art officiated at our wedding as well. He always had a great sermon and a listening ear. Our family loved him. Thanks for sharing him with us.

A sad Goodbye' to our English Lit. teacher and Dean at Holy Spirit, who with literary sense we referred to as The Artful Badger. A serious and thoughtful man when he had to be; just as fun and crazy as the rest of us when he could be. Despite his vision and leadership, the H.S vocations concept in Toledo still became another Best Buy.
He left a lasting indelible mark on the many young men that passed through those halls, for which we will be eternally grateful.

Fr. Art was there for us when our 19 yr. old daughter was involved in an accident, that claimed her life.....he not only officiated at her funeral, but, he continued to pay us random visits, just to make sure that our family was okay. His death came, just two days before what would have been Shannon's birthday.....I hope they meet up in heaven - we SO loved him.....he also officiated at my dad's funeral and, once again, continued his "surprise" visits, to check on all of us...he was the BEST...
