I am grieved to hear about Arthur's passing, and I hope everyone knows that he was a national figure, who had a great effect on shipyard union members on both coasts.

We offer our condolences to the entire family.

It is a sad time when great people leave and move on to do greater things. I will miss you Arthur. It was always a joy when you came to visit. Now I will have to learn how to find all the great movies, with Jill and myself.

Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the USCG during the Korean War. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
