Not sure what to say?

reading these passages from when he passed brings both tears and smiles to my face. I miss him and his sweet, soft personality. My gram is still going strong and we are thankful she is still here to enjoy (yet another) grandchild! I am sad to know that both of my girls will never have the pleasure of meeting their great grampa, but I will keep him alive when I tell stories of him to them, as they grow. Miss you grampa, and I hope you are playing all the baseball up in heaven.

Sally....so very sorry to hear about Art. I always enjoyed both of you when you were here at Rosewood Villas. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers. Dianna DiPrima, #13 Coran Circle

Sally and family, my thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. I have such fond memories of the stories and laughter around my grandparents' table (Herbie and Ruth) and at your home in Greece. Peace to you all.

Dear Sally, I sent you a message to the email address I have for you. Not knowing whether you still have email access, I want you to know how sad I am to hear of Art's passing. I feel blessed to have had such a wonderful, kind hearted cousin. It was always good to see and spend time with him, with you, and with your family. Please give my condolences and love to Don, Margie, young Sally, and their families.

So sorry for your loss. May your Dad rest in peace.

Sally, you were his dream. His love for you was obvious. What the two of you shared was amazing. Cherish all that you had together. The two of you, shared what few have. I know that I will cherish the time that I had with him. I was lucky to have met him and you. Wonderful people. Hugs and love you to you...

he was a quiet, well mannered man. He was a dedicated husband, a hands on father and I can especially attest to his amazing attributes as a grandfather. A great fisherman, hard worker and had so much admiration, love and support for my grandma. His wife of 64 amazing years. A loving marriage that stood the test of so many decades, so much time. I will miss my grandfather dearly. I will miss his love of baseball and his sweet talks on all things he was passionate for. I will cherish the...
