Art was a great neighbor and a dear friend...he will be dearly missed by many. He was always there to lend a helping hand. I'll never forget the time when I mentioned to him over a cup of coffee one spring morning that I needed to have the antenna removed from my roof one day. Shortly thereafter on an early Sunday morning after having breakfast with friends I pull into my driveway to find him 50 feet up on my roof with a hacksaw removing it from my chimney... his reply when I yelled at him...
