Art Brooks was a true renaissance man. Warm, kind, and brilliant. He was an outstanding legislator, lawyer, and activist, and I considered Art a friend, mentor, and role model. A very special man who will be missed very much by all of us who had the privilege to know him.

It has been my pleasure and honor to be a member of Choral Arts Cleveland with Art. I thought that this was the only way I knew him until I saw a picture of Kristen and mention of Caryn on the Caring Bridge site.
