I bought in Westville in 1999 and had known Arthur for a very short time. He was an extremely hard worker & a kind & gentle man. He always had a friendly smile & something nice to say. His lilacs were beautiful &, as of 3 years ago, had just put a new driveway apron in himself. I am sad for his passing.
