DR. ARTHUR E. BURNS

It's 11 years after your passing. And I would still like to commend you for your hard work and dedication on keeping me safe as a child. Very saddened my heart to know your not here with us anymore. May you peacefully rest.

Dr. Burns was my doctor for my entire childhood. I suffered from several medical problems and spent quite a bit of time in his office on East 105th Street in Cleveland, Ohio. He and his nurse were always so kind and soothing and I was comforted once I entered his examination rooms. Like many children, I was terrified waiting to be seen, but once I entered the exam rooms and spoke to Dr. Burns, I calmed down and my heart relaxed. Dr. Burns was MY doctor until I was 22, and then he was my 2 oldest children's doctor until he retired. He was a great man and an excellent Doctor. He will be missed.

I was telling my 25yr Daughter of my Pediatrician & before we moved from Cleveland, how he saw her when she was first born & her younger Sister with they were first born. I had to get the first initial check from the O.G. Rest Easy Dr. Burns. A True Legend. Condolences to the family Always

He was my most beloved pediatrician i had even when i was too old to go.....I would show up and he would help the genuineness and love he showed he was a rare kind I was thinking of him and decided to look him up and came across this thank you for all you done and your family

Dr Burns was our family pediatrician for many years. Our mother Leslie Medley kept us in his care in the early 70s. She respected his practice and his care with her children. I am now an older woman in her mid 50s, and I understand well how important it was, and continues to be, to have someone who looks like you providing your care. May your family be encouraged. I treasure the years he was my Dr. my children and grandchildren. He tried to keep my father in line. Didn´t always work but he had my fathers respect. Which happen often. Rest in peace and all my love, Doc.
