Art was a prince of a man! I´ve been an investor in buying houses in Tucson for almost 50 years I met Art at a real estate investor conference about 20 years ago. He was always pleasant, friendly and cordial to me even though we were competitors. When he started Silverado Plumbing I was a little bit relieved that I wouldn´t have him competing with me as much. I work at the golf course on the bed cart and he was one of my favorite guys out there! He always ordered a Fresca or club soda with cranberry, and never missed a day of tipping me $5! He always brightened my day and he was such a joy, I'm going to miss his sweet self! Truly though, a genuinely great guy and I will miss him dearly!
