Dr. Christakos delivered 3 of my 4 children. Besides being a wonderful doctor he was a great man. When I read this today, my heart was flooded with such good memories - how he stayed after his shift was over to deliver my 2nd child on the first Sunday in June 52 years ago. He joked he knew I would get him out in time to make it to church. He was right, he made it to church. There was the time I called him from Indiana crying because my 3rd child was thought to be having peti mall seizures...
