Not sure what to say?

I just found out not long ago about Uncle Arthur. I am so sorry to hear this. He was a true gentleman. I am so happy that I got to meet my family. I love and miss you all.

Art was one of the most competitive athletes I ever played with or against. He will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of his family and friends.

I was a teammate of his (class of ‘69) and nephew of M. E. Cagle (Mr. Cagle of Lyman, SC who always spoke very highly of Art while he was growing up).

Beth and family, We are so sorry for your loss. We are praying for you and Arthur's family. God bless you all.

I grew up with a Arthur on Little St. For Christmas one year he got a Flexi. We tore the sidewalks up riding that thing! We were in touch over the years. Only about three months ago he left a VM, but I never took the time to return his call..Condolences to his family. He will be greatly missed...

To all who knew him- Please remember the good times you had with him & watching him play football, baseball, and basketball.
May God bless his family and friends

Sad to hear about Arthur. He and I were great friends when the Craig family lived on Little St. in Lyman in '50s. Some of my earliest memories are riding bikes with him and Dicky Simpson. Arthur and I were classmates in grades 1-8.He was always the best athlete in the class in pretty much every sport. He went on to have great years in athletics at Greer High and Clemson.
I always admired him.Great friend!
Condolences to his friends and family.
