Not sure what to say?

I have such fond memories of "Uncle Art" as a child. I loved it when Uncle Art & Aunt Mary came to visit at my Grandma May Allen's. He was so warm, kind, fun, and a big tease! He gave the biggest hugs and made me feel as if I was one of his own grandchildren. I will miss his laugh, his smile, and joyful nature...

I was privleged to live across the street from Art and Mary for about three years. I loved walking over in the evenings with our dogs and sitting on their porch talking. I moved before Mary passed but continued to stop by occasionally when Art was outside and say hello. He and Mary were gems. Those who knew him were truly blessed.

May the Love of Friends and Family carry you thru your grief.
Art was a wonderful person. I worked
with him at UTA in 1978-79. He was alot of fun to talk to and laugh about our mistakes at driving the Bus. We'll all miss him.

He was the happiest man I ever knew. My Grandfather and father figure.

You are in our thoughts and prayers--Drs. Scott and Bill Smith, Nancy, Barbara, Penny, and Ann
