Not sure what to say?

Linda, Emily, Brad and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Wayne left an impression on me growing up around him in church at Good Shepard and then as an adult I would run into him around town when he was working in Cahaba Heights. The last time I saw him was at the bank when you guys purchased your home on Smith Lake and I remember how proud and excited he was about that. He was always smiling, always kind. I remember him coming out to our house when my grandfather was dying and helping to...

I worked with Wayne at Jefferson County and then another 8years at Gardendale Police Department. He was a wonderful person who was always a pleasure to be around. Could not ask for a better man. He was always talking about God , his family, coworkers and the people in the community. We lost a good one.

Wayne and Linda were wonderful friends and faithful members of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church where I was pastor long ago. Wayne was a man of integrity and had a strong commitment to his Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. His kindness and love for people made a huge impact. May God give strength and peace to Linda, Emily, Brad, and their family members. I'll see Wayne again in heaven!

Thank you for loving our babies and keeping them safe. Wonderful Officer who loved serving his community! I also enjoy the years working with you.

Offering my deepest sympathy for the Culpepper family in this time of grief. Grief can be hard but special memories will help you cope through this difficult time May the peace of God comfort you through it

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together.

We have so many fun memories with you guys. Maybe the one that we think of first is "feeeelings"! If you know, you know. How he loved our children and brought so much joy whenever he walked in a room. Wayne, you are forever in our hearts. Thank you for enriching our lives for the past fifty years or so. You will be greatly missed.
