Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the USAAF during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

John, Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies for your loss.Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. My brother Jim Fitzpatrick will miss his buddy Arthur at "Deerfield". Jim so enjoyed spending time with Arthur. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting your dad I felt as though I knew him well as Jim spoke of him so often and with much affection. He will be missed. Amazing is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Arthur D’Angelo.

I first had the pleasure of meeting Arthur almost seven months ago, when I joined the Hingham Active Day, Inc. “family” as an activity assistant. Arthur was the oldest “family” member and will be remembered for always smiling regardless of the challenges he faced each day.
