Not sure what to say?

Suzanne, you must be very proud of your dad and mom. It was always an adventure to go to your house full of travel memorabilia, books, and a wonderful sense of intellect. My sympathy to all of your family.

Art's presentation on the ice-age floods at a Senior Studies Institute class (soon after I moved to Portland in 1999) was the first time I'd ever heard about that phenomenon. Hearing his excellent exposition inspired me to find out more, something I'm still pursuing via trips to the area and books. I also greatly admired his devotion to Jeanette as he carefully seated her and brought her food and drink when they attended SSI classes together. I know he will be much missed by his family...

I will miss your dad.. I realy enjoyed my vists with Dr. Denker, chatting and taking walks around the block. Dr . Denker was such a kind soul. I also had the pleasure of knowing his wife Jeanette Denker, she was such a sweet loving lady. They made a great match.. My sympathies to all the family.. Blessings to all . Marsha l. Morris pca.. Oh, Suzanne, what an amazing life your father led! My condolences to you and all of your family.

I have very fond memories of Dr. Denker. He was our family doctor in my growing up years in Lebanon and was also my neighbor on Meredith Drive. I remember him being very soft spoken and kind and even made house calls. He took the fear out of going to the doctor. My condolences to the entire family.

My husband, Meldon Coffey, and I enjoyed knowing both of your parents through EDSO. I always enjoyed talking to them and catching up on what was happening.
I am so sorry for your loss and you have our deepest sympathies.
