As a Council Member in Burrillville, we worked together on a few major and minor problems. Arthur was always forth right and open in resloving issues to everyone satisfaction! mid 1960s as he progressed in his career and civic contributions.
He was truly a gentleman and an open and honest active member of the community. He served as an example of a man of credibility for his family, friends and community. Carry on, Arthur.
