What a life well lived! It was an honor to serve with him. Never have I seen someone give so much to so many.Nothing was to much and nothing was beneath him. The true definition of a "Public Servant". God Bless.

Deep respect and sincere sympathy to the wonderful family of my predecessor.

He set the tone for hardworking, open govenment and governed with honesty and caring.

May his ethical spirit and love of his community guide all of us who continue to serve our Town.

As a journalist, I had the honor of covering Arthur starting in the

He was truly a gentleman and an open and honest active member of the community. He served as an example of a man of credibility for his family, friends and community. Carry on, Arthur.

He was definitely an incredible man. I always respected everything about him. It was a privilege to know such a kind person like him. With deepest sympathy to the whole family,
