There are those few special people who, when we are just young, shape our lives. It is by some irresistible connection that they influence us. Art DeVol is one of a handful of men who shaped me. Dr. Devol was my favorite dentist! He helped me overcome my fear of dentists after having some frightening dental experiences in Nigeria as a child. He was so good at distraction, and with the help of nitrous oxide, I never knew he was giving me shots of novacaine until I was an adult! When he decided to retire I was afraid to go to another dentist. He left me in good hands with Dr. Milazzo. I was thrilled to run into him and Peg at Benny's a year or two ago.

Peg, although weve been gone for more than 23 years, our fun times with the DeVols will always remind us of what awesome friends you were. Our deepest sympathy. God Bless.
