Arthur Dubin

Arthur was a dear man and a true mentor to me when I began my community management career. I could always count on him to provide sage wisdom and that gorgeous smile that was truly infectious. Sending my sincerest condolences to Lynn and the family.

I'm so sorry to hear of Arthur's passing. He and Lynn were a big part of my college and post college years. Even though our lives have gone in separate directions, I always held Arthur in the highest esteem. He was a great person, friend, brother, husband and father. We have lost a very good person. May he rest in peace.

May Arthur rest in peace. He and I met when we both were hired and worked for Shannon & Luchs Company in their brand new Condominium Management Division in about 1976 with the office located on Rockville Pike. I remember how Arthur mastered the relationships with his property´s boards of directors and how he was successful in renewing the management contracts. No small feat in those days. My condolences to all of Arthur´s families.
