To the Dummer family: Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Art. I had the pleasure of working with Art for over 30 years on projects that provided benefits to policyholders of financially troubled insurance companies. In the life insurance guaranty association community, Art was a greatly admired architect of many complex plans that provided a safety net to adversely affected policyholders. Art was viewed as a compassionate leader and a true genius. I will remember him...

I enjoyed associating with Art (and his family) while we worked together at Beneficial. I admired his talents and zest for life. Good memories. He certainly lived a full life which you can celebrate and pattern. Blessings.

Mindy, I'm sorry to hear of your father's death. Reading his obituary was a delight - he was an amazing man and will leave memories with thousands of people with whom he came in contact. Love to you, Mary Bailey

Dear Cindy, Caryn, Celia and Mark Cal and I were so sad to hear of your Fathers passing. My youngest memories in my life involve you and your parents camping , motorcycling , and boating and our parents playing Bridge. Your father was my parents oldest friend. He will be missed. I still remember when my parents were in their accident in California and then your father came to be with us and make sure we had what ever was needed. All our love. Kim and Cal Ostler
