Arty was a great director of public works and so valuable to the city of West Haven, it was my pleasure as Mayor to have had arty on my team and most of all to call him a good friend, God be with you, love former Mayor Clemente Evangeliste

He was a great guy and without him when I was mayor would have made my job impossible, also a very loyal and loving friend, RIP love Clemente Evangeliste

Like me, Artie was a car enthusiast and kind enough to let me work on my car-like a gentleman-in his garage because he had a professional lift installed there.
In addition to his good advice, he had every tool, nut and bolt organized precisely.

A kind, helpful man.
