We will miss Arthur, (or Mr. Forgues) as we always respectfully referred to him. He and Lucille welcomed us into the neighborhood many years ago and we will miss him very much. We will miss his friendly greetings and comments as he enjoyed the view from his front porch. Our neighborhood will not be the same without him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife and children.

Art had a great sense of humor especially with his " grumpy old man " persona which you could never be sure was real or fake. In any case he was one of a kind and will be surely missed.

As a teenager, I always loved the time I spent at the Forgues house with Tina because of her wonderful parents who always made me feel like one of the family. My deepest sympathies go to all of you.
