Arthur N. Foss

One of the most amazing friends, Funny ,Fun intelligent, I loved Our little corner of the world Edmonds Beach. I don't like going there anymore do to there is no King Arthur and Guinevere!!! I now Plant Flowers cannot wait for the day when Guinevere will meet The King Again.

I met Art in 1969 and spent many hours in the corner by Golden Gardens enjoying the sun and getting to know Art. Art always made me feel important. Over the years Art met my sons and always asked how I and my family were doing. He always made us feel special. Thank you Art for all you gave and save a seat in heaven for me.

My condolences to the family and many friends of Art Foss.
I've known him since 1956 when he worked at the gas station next door to the Greenlake Library.... and what a ride it's been! He was more well known than any politician or businessman in Seattle. One question always asked when someone said they grew up in Seattle was..."Do you know Art Foss?". If the answer was no... then they didn't pass the test! He was a real legend. Very fitting that his services will be held a block away...
