It's almost 2 years and my heart is still sad that you left us. We had our ups and down...but it never took away what was in my heart. You made me mad and you made me cry... but You were a good man and a good father. I am glad we talked before you got your wings. You were my best friend when we were together and We learned a lot together. Thank you for being apart of my life...Gone but never Forgotten. SIP Dj Artie Bee

Art was a great person that never changed. He was the same every time you saw him. Whether it was yesterday or 10 years, he had the same welcoming spirit. I will miss seeing him in church. May God hold him in the palm of his hand. God bless you family, you had a jewel.

We met Art a few years ago as he DJ two parties for us. He was a fine young man and we liked him the first day we met.
To Greta and The Freeman Family, our sincere condolences on his passing.
May God's comforting arms keep you during your time of sorrow.

It seems like forever when I first met you Art. I was a little girl and my sister Ericka Shabazz brought you to the house with our cousin Greta. You were always so kind and knew your music. I guess that's what you get from being a D.J. It saddens me that you are gone because you were truly a special person. We will always remember you, never forget your awesome presence and we will always love you. Love, Amber, EJay, Georgia and Nina

2018 has been a tough year, and the news of Art passing did not make it any better. Art was a Great guy that I've known for many years and will be missed tremendously. His presence was always welcoming no matter where you saw him. To his family, Mom, siblings and children. You have my sincere condolences. I'm so upset I will not be able to make the services tomorrow due to work and lack of coverage. But please know my heart is with you all.
