DR. ARTHUR GELB

Arthur was the most humble and kind man! We never knew his background but he truly gave of himself to the world. We only knew how warm and welcoming he was! Our hearts go out to your entire family.

Art was a most remarkable person, getting his degrees in record time and possibly earning the highest GPA in MIT's history. Never have known anyone coming close to his intellect, enthusiasm, optimism, and huge heart. A rare, real-life Horatio Alger story, achieving so much and going so far from near obscurity. What a privilege. The world will miss him. RIP, Art. Until we meet again.

Before Tasc Arthur lived on commonwealth Ave in Brighton and frequently shared coffee and bagel (with cream cheese) with my father in his management office downstairs. They grew very fond of each otherand kept intouch for many years.

A great and kind man I worked with in the early years of TASC. He made enormous contributions to his country, his colleagues, family and friends. Rest in peace. Fran Meaney
