Not sure what to say?

I think of Gordon frequently and go back to the great times we had growing up, and the adventures we shared. R I P

i just learned about Gordon's passing today. He was a fine lawyer, and a great teacher. I learned so much, working many years with him. Deepest condolences to Charisse, and all his family.

so very sorry

I and others spent many hours with Gordon either on the boat in his 59 Thunderbird! He was also quite the grease monkey, with his head underneath the hood of a fast car! God Speed!!

Building cars, late night rides, trips on the Naiad to fish for sharks are some of the great memories I have of time with Gordon. Our time on the coast was special. And then, I was also able to share experiences in the practice of maritime law. He will be missed. My condolences to all his family at this very sad time.

Still enjoy the memories working on the gokart and the Stude with the Corvette motor in your garage, racing the kart on the track on Jefferson Hwy. The Rippers renunion in `84 and `14 gave us a chance to catch up. It was a great friendship and I wish you RIP.

As an admiralty lawyer myself, I knew the whole admiralty bar of New Orleans and south Louisiana, and I am confident in saying that there was none finer than Gordon Grant. A first-class lawyer and person, he was also a friendly, honest, open-handed man who was immensely likable. My sincere sympathy to all his family.

I remember pulling feathers out of ducks after hunting. Quite the hunter and fisherman. It was fun when he and Don were constantly jazzing up that Studebaker. We had a blessed childhood. Will miss him but I have treasured memories. Love, prayers and blessings to you all.

So many fond memories over the past 30 years! Impossible to list them here, but glad we tried when I visited in January. Mentor, confidant, friend: you will be missed! Love and prayers for all the family, Catherine and Carter Mills
