Not sure what to say?

Art will be missed by me very much! He was a very interesting person to talk to. I especially liked to hear about the past. The things he did and his thoughts of today. When my wife Susan and I visited him in Duluth we went to The Lake View Castle or we had dinner at his appartment, over looking the Duluth Skyline. What a view he had. His specillty at his place was Venison Stew, and a good drink to go with it. I think of the times when he would share with me some of his creative...

To the family of Mr. Greene:

I was blessed to have known Art. He was such a kind and loving man. He had so much passion for life. He was much to be admired. All the years working at the Lakeview Castle, not only was he a great customer, but a good friend. It comforts me to know he is with god, his wife Jean, and many friends and family. He will be missed but we can carry our memories in our hearts.

We were so very sad to hear about Art's passing. He was a wonderful man and a dear friend of ours and my late parents, Betty and Vern Youngdahl. Whenever we were in Duluth we got together with Art, often at The Lakeview Castle. It is unfortunate that we haven't been up that way in about 3 years. We tried to stay in touch and will miss him on our next visit. Our sympathy to his family from my husband, Dennis and me!

I only knew Art for a short time but in my eyes he was the kindest and sweetest gentlman and I loved his cigar, kind of reminded me of my dad. Always a smile and a hello each time I saw him.
He truely will be missed by all the people that came in contact with him.

Marcie Stoyke and all of the Amazing Grace Staff. We love you A.J.
You were so much apart of the Grace.
We will miss you sitting at Jeans table.
I was so glad to have met you as all of us here.
Bless all that love you.

We were saddened to hear of Art's passing. He was a truly amazing person. We enjoyed many Saturday and especially Sunday afteroons watching the Vikings and solving the problems of the world. Because of his love of golf, we are also now avid followers of the PGA and especially Tiger Woods. We will miss his smile and his passion for life and yes even his cigars.
Art will have a special place in our heart and our memories.
Our thoughts and prayers go with you.
