Arthur Lloyd "Art" Gustafson

My family spent many great times with the Gustafsons when I was younger. We attended Fox Valley Bible Church for many years. I´ll never forget once when I went home with them after church, and Art went to the Tincup parking lot and did donuts in the snow in his Caddy. What a down to earth, genuinely nice man he was. Early in my career in Real Estate I was referred to Art by an employee who was moving to our area. Art was interested in expanding and considering our area. I immediately drove to his existing plant and asked to see him. He accommodated me and we made an appointment to see an industrial facility at the corner of 14th St. and Pleasant St. in DeKalb.
