To Novella and the family of Arthur Hart, my great sympathies for the loss of this beloved man who you shared with our Community. I had the opportunity to work with him on art projects, and one in particular that was commissioned for the Garden City Hall Council Chambers commemorating Garden City's Chinese Heritage.
He was a great gentleman with many diverse interests and always a pleasure to talk to. I wish had he made it to that 100th birthday, but still a long and meaningful...
