I was so shocked and sadden to see in today's Daily Press where Lee had died! I have such fond memories of him and Virginia with my parents...visiting them weekends in Highland Springs and New Kent and they visiting us. He and my Daddy (Garland Hudgins) were such dear friends from his days as a State Trooper, lived in Mathews and were neighbors. He visited my mother when she moved to the Gloucester House...she would tell me Lee came to see me...she remembered his visit when she couldn't...
