I have known Arthur since the days of Hatherly Elementary School. His spirit, his kindness, his smile and good nature have always remained constant. He was a fun loving wonderful person who never forgot all the friends he made through out his journey. He will be missed by friends and family. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

I worked at the Big Dig with Arthur and got to know him as a friend and co-worker. I want the family to know that Arthur was one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to work with and he was loved by all who had the honor to meet him.
