Not sure what to say?

I had the privilege of working with Art at Refrac when I was much younger. I carry with me fond and treasured memories of his gentle tutelage and patience as I bumbled around trying to gain what we called "marketable skills." His stories were never ending and never dull. He was one of the most amiable men I have known and imparted to me a lasting lesson to be diligent in work and kind in demeanor. I am a better person having known him. From the bottom of my heart you have my deepest...

Bill Bushno and Family .

Mark and Terry so sorry to hear of Artie's passing !
He was a good neighbor and friend! We always talked when I was in town from Gardner KS and even though you don't know it he kept me up on what you were up too!
Every time I hear of one of the Herrons passing I miss all of you and especially Dotty !
Being your neighbors and friends for the last 45 odd years makes me a better person knowing you'all thank you .
Bill and Vicki...

Artie and I have been friends for a long time. Artie and I attended the first drag race ever held at Firebird Raceway, I believe that was in 1984. (We didn't get home until 3am. We thought we were in big trouble but our wives were still out in the back yard gabbing and didn't even relize how late it was.)
We spent a lot of time together at the Body Shop down on Scottsdale Road. Everytime we smashed up the race car and needed another paint job, there we were.
As other people have...

I have had the pleasure to work with Artie and every day when he was leaving he would say to me " a rusty winnebago"! His way of saying the spanish word "hasta luego" meaning see you later. So now I say to you, Artie, "a rusty winnebago"!

Mark and Terry: so sorry for your loss. Artie is one of the kindest most easy going people I have ever met. Never an unkind word for anyone and willing to help with whatever was on the go. The world needs more people like your brother.

Though I have never met Arthur, I work with Tyler Herron, and as Arthur's son, Tyler exemplifies the type of diligent, hard working and honest man Arthur must have been. I am sorry for your loss Tyler, my prayers are with you and your family.

"Although through the passing years, we somehow become separated from family, I have never forgotten my Uncles, Aunts and Cousin's. I remember Artie the most while still living in Quincy, out in their garage, working on some race car or something. Of course, I was no bigger than a tadpole at that time, but still have many fond memories of family from my childhood. Artie, you were always so kind and will be greatly missed.
To Tyler, Terry and Mark, my thoughts and prayers are with...

Artie was like family to my brother, mom, and I. His good nature and love for life serve as an example for us all. He will be dearly missed and you are all in our thoughts.
