Arthur C. Hester

Art was an amazing man who achieved a tremendous amount of personal bests throughout his life. He had an outstanding moral code that he lived by and few men come close to his character and life accomplishments. He shall be missed. Cathie~

Dear Ms. Hester, I was honored to have met Arthur! He served on Representative Sharice Davids' Academy Nomination Panel and was an inspiration to everyone he met. He had a terrific heart for mentoring young people and a great perspective to share. Our office will truly miss him and his service to our community!
