Arthur was always a very active man with a smile on his face when he pedaled around the neighborhood.(He always wore his helmet).We were so pleased he and Renee were able to attend our Cinco de Mayo celebration-our condolences go to Renee and the family members. Tom and Sally

We always enjoyed visiting with Mr. Horowitz. He entertained us with his stories, and brightened our day with his smiles. He will be remembered fondly and greatly missed.

I met him briefly for the past several years when he would attend Beth Joseph Congregation. His smile was infectious. I instantly became his "friend".
