I can only say I am saddened to hear of Marian and her husband's passing. I worked with Marian for several years when she served on the "Staten Island Cares" fund raising committee. My children and I had the fortunate opportunity of meeting Arthur and Marian at Brian and Alyze's wedding in California, and then again last summer, when they opened their home to us. Artie and Marian's lives were both taken too early. They were great people. Great is an understatement. They were the best neighbors a family could ask for. I looked forward to seeing them when I visited the block.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of great loss. We had the pleasure of meeting Authur and Marian at Brian and Alyze's wedding. They definitely left a lasting impression on us, they were the most genuine, warm and kindest people you could ever encounter.
