We were sad to hear the news today. Sincere condolences to the family for the passing of a great man and a fantastic neighbor. We will miss his wonderful stories. I don't think there was anyone nicer or kinder than Mr. Arthur Klose. Fernwood Terrace will not be the same without his presence here on our block. May you be comforted in your loss and may God sustain you through your sorrow and grief.
