Arthur R. Kobin died peacefully at home in Chester, N.J., on Aug. 24, 2011. He was 81. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Bailey Funeral Home, 8 Hilltop Rd., Mendham, N.J. Funeral Mass is on Monday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, Mendham. Cremation will be private.

I deeply sadened to hear that Mr. Kobin had passed. I think of him and his wife often. I respected and admired him more than I can say. He was a very special man.
