My deepest heartfelt condolences. It has been a long time since I have seen Mr. Lapsley. He was my favorite principal. I remember he like Andy Cap cartoons. Funny thing to remember. He was a wonderful man.

My deepest condolences go out to the family and loved ones. Although i have not talked to or seen Art in nearly 45 years he has left a lifetime of memories for me. He was a classmate of my mother Gail Nerseth at KU. When he was the principal of Chiloquin elementary school he helped me gain self confidence and also taught me to stand up for myself. Also i will never forget the his paddle used for discipline. It sounds as though he lived a good life and I am sure he will be missed and...
