Arthur R. Lutz, 79, of Middletown, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2002, in the Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Lower Paxton Township.

Born in Steubenville, Ohio, on October 18, 1923, he was the son of the late Russell C. and Margaret C. Brown Lutz.
