My condolences to Beth Mercer. I really enjoyed working for Roy Ussery, Beth and Joe Mercer in Weslaco Tx and later in Monte Alto Tx. Joe was always a well educated man and thoughtful. I loved him a lot especially when he would tell me stories about Vietnam and some from Mexico and I also loved Beth and Roy Ussery. They were always positive thinking people.
