I was searching for evidence of life of my long-lost friend when I came upon this. My deepest condolences to Ashton and everyone else. My fondest memories of Mr. Merritt almost all involve him looking at me over his glasses in an attempt to hide his amusement about something slightly stupid that I was saying or doing. As an adult and parent, I can look back on that with an understanding and amusement that I didn´t have in those moments. He was never anything but kind and accepting of me,...

To our New Jersey Family - we wish to send our deepest condolences for the loss of Art. We are deeply saddened to hear of your earthly loss. God wanted Art back, and although we will sorely miss him - it is comforting to know that we have yet another angel looking over us from above. We take comfort in knowing that he is in heaven with our Lord and Savior as well as a host of family and friends that went before him. We will all be reunited one day...and what a celebration it will be!
