Affectionately known as Oscar by his Bates football teammates, Art had a terrific sense of humor, studied occasionally, and was known and liked by all students. He was a good player, never gave up, and worked tirelessly to get better .

We are so sorry to learn of Zook's passing. He was such a gentleman and icon of the old Nook. Heaven is awaiting him with open arms and Ann will be there to greet him with a big hug!
