Not sure what to say?

Rob and me in front of home on Forest Hill

I am deeply saddened to hear of Artie's passing at such a late date. We were close friends during our teens and 20's and as so often happens after moving from SI it was it was difficult to maintain that friendship, something that I often regretted. I was, in fact close to his entire family, often visiting his home on Forest Hill Rd. and enjoyed my rides on Phil's BMW. I miss them all.

We little knew that evening that
God was going to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly,
in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
you did not go alone;
for part of us went with you
the day God called you home.
You left us lifetime memories,
your wisdom still our guide,
and though we cannot see you,
you are always by our side.

Noreen and John, you are in my prayers at this time. You have been so gracious in sharing family history and beautiful music. Artie was a talented, friendly and innovative man. May the Lord hold you all in the hollow of his hand. Amen.

With love and friendship.

RIP Artie. Much love to the Neilson family during this hard time.
