Not sure what to say?

I miss you every day, Uncle Art. You were the definition of a gentleman and because of that I found one of my own. I know you would have loved him too. I would do anything for you to be by my side on my wedding day next month. Love you always.

Dr. Nelson, I think about you often throughout the years and never had the chance to thank you. I was a brand new nurse at Doctor's Healthcare, 1996. You were so kind and gentle. Thank you for explaining things to me, in words I could understand, about why you changed orders and wrote new ones. So long ago. My time for retirement is now here. God bless you sir. You are so missed.

Hard to believe 10 years have past. So much to be thankful for. So much that I miss. Love you to the moon and back.

Uncle Art is my second dad. Quiet yes, but when he spoke I listened. He loved my wife and daughters. I can only try to live up to his standards. I miss him so much. He was truely a great man, doctor, father, husband, photographer, builder, grandfather and a million other things.

I treasure my memories of Uncle Art.

Dr. Nelson saved my life in 1982 after a horrible accident in which I ran through a sliding glass door. My family and I will never forget him. Not only was he an exceptionally gifted surgeon, he was gentle, reassuring, and kind. I've thought of him often over the years and, though I'm sad to hear of his death, I'm heartened to hear of his long and fulfilling life.

To my wonderful, caring, best ever Dad- I made a 99 on my test- Thanks for the help!
Give Mark Andrew, Mike, Ric, and Mom a hug for me. You have given me the best gift a daughter could ever have- constant love for my whole lifetime

We are heartbroken over the passing of Dr. Nelson. He was our family physician for over 3 decades...we loved him dearly. We share in the grief of his family and friends. We will miss him tremendously.
Sincerely,
Benita(Baker)Rich

I am very fortunate to have called "Doc" my friend. He always had a big hug and a smile for me.One day we talked about old tractors and his face lit up when he talked about the old days on the farm. He will be missed by many. My thoughts and love go out to Connie and her Family

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Nelson Family during this time.
