Not sure what to say?

You were a wonderful and compassionate man. You also were the best boss I ever had. You are truly missed! RIP

I sadly did not know Arthur but my father remembered him from his visits to his Aunt Clara when he was younger. Sadly we only found about his passing when working on their shared ancestry. My father at 95 still remembered him and was sad to hear. We hope the loss is getting easier. William Pulver and family

Mrs. Phelps I just heard about Dr. Phelps, you have my deepest sympathy. You and your family are in my thoughts.

Mrs. Phelps I just heard about Dr. Phelps, you have my deepest sympathy. You and your family are in my thoughts.

I want to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. Dr. Phelps instructed me at CWRU in orthodontics. He was extremely knowledgable, calm, giving of his expertise, and a true professional who I greatly respected. It is a fine thing that he lived a long and full life.

Art was my friend through the Tweed Foundation. I am sad to hear of his death. He was a true friend of mine for many years, working together in the Tweed Foundation. Lois sends her love and sympathy to Marion. Walter Cooper Sandusky

My deepest sympathies to all your family for such a great loss. He was my 2nd cousin 1x removed. I had hoped to get in touch with him to share our family history and tell him of my fathers remembrance of his mother. May the lord watch over you all. Tina Adams Toronto, Ontario, Canada
