Hi I knew Art in 1981 when i started my medicine internship at Hartford Hospital. I was thrilled to join Dr Phinney and Pareles (as the three P´s)in1986. He was a great mentor, nice guy, well read and lots of fun. I enjoyed our office time together until his retirement in 1996. Carla and I enjoyed visiting Chappaquidick and his office parties with Be.
