Kelly, both lawyers in Montrose for many years; Mom also active in Republican politics as was Art. In the early 70s, I came to WB from Phila as the SBA's Branc h Counsel. Arthur was the then President of the Bar Assn. He went out of his way to integrate me into the local area. A wonderful man who was very generous with his time knowledge. After 45 years I still remember how kind he was

Dear Sandra and family:
I am deeply saddened by Art's passing. He was a giant in the legal field, a kind soul, and a friend of the Coslett family for decades. I am sorry that I will be unable to attend the viewing or funeral, as I am in my home in Port St. Lucie, but my thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. God bless you and comfort you.

To the very best Uncle I could have asked for. Thanks for all the great times: Holidays, Avalon, Penn State games, Italy & so many more. You will be missed but I promise to live on through your spirit. ❤

Always a gentleman, kind and gracious, Art was a terrific role model for all.

My long time friend will be sadly missed, but not forgotten. My very best wishes to Sandy and the family.

To the Piccone Family,

Jean and I are so sorry to hear of Arthur's passing. This is truly the end of an era. My sometimes frequent trips to HKQ were never complete without including a short visit with Art. A true gentleman, his kindness and his warm smile will always be with us. May he Rest In Peace in the arms of God. May wonderful memories of him bring you all some comfort at this most difficult time.
