He was a graduate of Middleboro High School Class of 1952. A veteran Mr. Picone served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War and was honorably discharged.

Arthur was such a great man. I worked at the farm with him for many years and he was like a father to me. He showed me a lot about life and was always making sure I was putting the right foot forward. He helped me so much though my childhood years. The world should have more people like him. He will be missed
