We are all so sorry to hear of Artie's passing and wish the family good memories of such a warm, friendly man. We all remember him well, as we used to own cottages on the Polk property. My parents (Gordon and Fern Meyers) and my in-laws (Victor and Marge Churchill) both owned cottages there in the 1960's and 1970's. My husband (Jeff Churchill) and I first met each other while at the cottages and married in 1966. We have very warm memories of the Polks and our summers at Magician Lake. ...
